Privacy policy

This is a plain-English explanation of what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. The Siegeproof Vault (siegeproofvault.com) is run by 36t5 Inc., 23-1111 Davis Dr. Suite 410, Newmarket, Ontario L3Y 8X2, Canada.
What we collect
- Email sign-up. If you ask for the free 72-Hour Blackout Checklist, we collect your email address (and your name, if you give it) to send you the checklist and occasional emails about preparedness and our books.
- Checkout. ClickBank, our retailer, takes your payment. We never see your full card number. ClickBank shares your name, email, country, order details and, for printed items, your shipping address with us so we can deliver what you bought and help you with it.
- Printed orders. We pass your name and shipping address to our print partner so they can print and ship your books.
- Ranger. What you type to Ranger is sent to our servers and to our AI provider so it can write an answer. We use it to answer you, to keep Ranger working and safe, and to fix mistakes. Please don't type things you'd rather keep private, like card numbers.
- Support. If you email us, we keep the email so we can help you.
Cookies and analytics
Our pages use cookies and similar tools to count visits and see which pages and ads work. These include:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram): tells us when someone who saw our ad visits a page or buys, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may use this under its own privacy policy. You can change how Meta uses this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
- Microsoft Clarity: shows us, in aggregate and as session replays, how people use our pages (clicks, scrolling and taps), so we can fix confusing parts. It is set up to hide what you type into forms.
- Analytics: basic visit counts, such as which page you came from and which device you used.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with the services listed above that help us run the site, take orders, ship books and run Ranger.
Unsubscribe
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list. You can also email support@siegeproofvault.com with "unsubscribe". You'll still get emails about an order you placed, such as receipts.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll reply. Depending on where you live (for example Canada or some US states), you may have more rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
