Refund policy

Every purchase on this site comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. That includes The Siegeproof Vault itself, the Grid-Down Binder, the Printed Field Set, the printed Binder, The Babushka Remedies and Ranger for 12 months. If you're not happy, for any reason, ask for a refund within 60 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

All orders are processed by ClickBank, our retailer, so refunds go through ClickBank too.

  1. Go to clkbank.com, ClickBank's customer support site.
  2. Enter the email you used at checkout and your order number (it's in your ClickBank receipt email), or the last 4 digits of your card.
  3. Click Find My Order and confirm with the code or link ClickBank emails you.
  4. Open your order and request a refund.

Approved refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. ClickBank says this usually takes a few business days after approval.

Printed items

The Printed Field Set and the printed Grid-Down Binder are covered by the same 60 days, under ClickBank's refund policy for physical products. If ClickBank's policy asks for the printed books back, the steps and the return address are shown when you request the refund. ClickBank notes that return postage is usually not covered.

Ranger

When a refund is issued for Ranger or for the main library, Ranger access for that order ends. If you're ever on a monthly Ranger plan, you can cancel it any time at clkbank.com, and no further charges are made.
